【30 Day Challenge - 3】 Sleep at 12


Going to week 3, I failed EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Day 16  - 02:00 am
Day 17 - 02:00 am
Day 18 - 02:00 am
Day 19 - 02:00 am
Day 20 - 03:00 am
Day 21 - 03:00 am
Day 22 - 03:00 am

I keep telling myself not to sleep late, but when I keep thinking like that, I do not want to waste my time. But what I did was looping Youtube (90%), typing letters (for my work)(2%), reading online  novel (8%). The problem was, I was so lose to my life, could not focus, I did not know WHAT IS MY GOAL IN MY LIFE? I am just a human being with a huge piece of fresh. I thought this 30 day challenge, I shall learn something, I shall know how to balance my life or blah blah blah
SORRY AGAIN...It was 1:18 am. Tomorrow will be #bluemonday

I found a meaningful TV programme called "胖伴", it was about few couples whose total weights over 350 lbs, the highest they lose, they could win HK$100,000.

愈是叫自己不要早睡, 愈遲睡。我大部份時間都是loop Youtube (90%),打字(2%), 看小說(8%)。但我集中不到,我找不到人生目標耶,行屍走肉令的無心早睡。

找到一個好看VIU TV  "胖伴"。選出五對、體重總和超過350磅的情侶,參加三個月的減磅比賽,招募五對超重量級情侶或夫婦,每對的體重相加超過350磅,他們要在限定100日內進行地獄式減肥,爭奪10萬元獎金!

感受到他們並不全然為錢, 他們是為了自身的目標而做。

【30 Day Challenge - 2】 Sleep at 12



Going to week 2, I think of a few ways to help myself sleep early.

  1. Sick, could help you to wake up early and sleep early
  2. Stopping Wifi, 4G. I am sure it works, if not, I give you back my 2 hours
  3. Drinking beer, get drunk and sleep
  4. Buddha-like sleeping, when fate arrive you could sleep
  5. Meeting sleeping beauty's step mother, pointing at the weaving clothes machine, guarantee will not wake up anymore

Day 10 - 02:13am
Day 11 - 12:10am
Day 12 - 01:10am
Day 13 - 02:30am
Day 14 - 02:30am
Day 15 - 03:47am


As you can see, I failed in the last 2nd week, I am pretty sure it is related to my time management. I spent most of the time on youtube and movies, I keep searching for movies and hangout with my friends, drinking and chatting. However, I felt guilty after that. I did not feel energized and I felt sadness, losing my life target. 


My life is just like ZOMBIE!!

All I have to ask is what is my goal ? What is my target?

不知不覺又踏入第二個星期,想出令自己早睡方法

1.         病了,你絕對可以早睡早起
2.         wifi4G,不肯我送回兩個小時給你
3.         大口大口飲啤酒,醉了算睡了
4.         佛系早睡,緣份到便會睡
5.         認識睡公主的後母,點到織衣機,保證長睡不起

Day 9   - 01:45am
Day 10 - 02:13am
Day 11 - 12:10am
Day 12 - 01:10am
Day 13 - 02:30am
Day 14 - 02:30am
Day 15 - 03:47am

依你所見,我未有成功過,因為時間管理真的不好,過去第二個星期,我集中了時間跟朋友吃飯還有看youtube看電影吃飯洗碗……

很後悔,人生彷似失去目標似的,連訂一個簡單的目標也沒成功耶~



我想過怎樣的生活呢?反省反省

更新  皮膚質素眼圈是有點大,毛穴擴大了、暗瘡長了6

【30 Day Challenge - 1】 Sleep at 12

護膚過程裡,睡是非常重要。特別當你是一個連妝都不想化的人。為了改善皮膚改善工作效率令自己集中時間於自己最喜歡的早晨,所以決定要晚上12點睡。 

一點也不輕易,一天24小時,如何做到一切取決於時間管理。除了上班08:45-06:15pm是屬於工作,下班後06:30pm-11:59pm是我的,原來我仍有5個小時距離一天結束,但一、三、五似乎送給了劍擊(必定是11:30pm才回家)二、四就是送給了Youtube, Facebook, IG, Snapchat, Google 還有更多.....吃飯洗碗2小時,跑步1小時,所以我可以令自己超過12點才睡。

哪麼怎樣才可達成12點睡? 再反省下~`


有目共睹,難到之高除了因為時間管理,就是目的。我眼見都不能12:00am 我簡直就是放棄狀態

什麼手段才可以達到目的  ?  ?  ?  ?  ?  ?  ?

更新  皮膚質素眼圈是有點大,皮膚依然粗,黑頭最嚴重
