Going to week 3, I failed EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I keep telling myself not to sleep late, but when I keep thinking like that, I do not want to waste my time. But what I did was looping Youtube (90%), typing letters (for my work)(2%), reading online novel (8%). The problem was, I was so lose to my life, could not focus, I did not know WHAT IS MY GOAL IN MY LIFE? I am just a human being with a huge piece of fresh. I thought this 30 day challenge, I shall learn something, I shall know how to balance my life or blah blah blah
SORRY AGAIN...It was 1:18 am. Tomorrow will be #bluemonday
I found a meaningful TV programme called "胖伴", it was about few couples whose total weights over 350 lbs, the highest they lose, they could win HK$100,000.
