【30 Day Challenge - 2】 Sleep at 12



Going to week 2, I think of a few ways to help myself sleep early.

  1. Sick, could help you to wake up early and sleep early
  2. Stopping Wifi, 4G. I am sure it works, if not, I give you back my 2 hours
  3. Drinking beer, get drunk and sleep
  4. Buddha-like sleeping, when fate arrive you could sleep
  5. Meeting sleeping beauty's step mother, pointing at the weaving clothes machine, guarantee will not wake up anymore
Day 9   - 01:45am
Day 10 - 02:13am
Day 11 - 12:10am
Day 12 - 01:10am
Day 13 - 02:30am
Day 14 - 02:30am
Day 15 - 03:47am


As you can see, I failed in the last 2nd week, I am pretty sure it is related to my time management. I spent most of the time on youtube and movies, I keep searching for movies and hangout with my friends, drinking and chatting. However, I felt guilty after that. I did not feel energized and I felt sadness, losing my life target. 


My life is just like ZOMBIE!!

All I have to ask is what is my goal ? What is my target?

不知不覺又踏入第二個星期,想出令自己早睡方法

1.         病了,你絕對可以早睡早起
2.         wifi4G,不肯我送回兩個小時給你
3.         大口大口飲啤酒,醉了算睡了
4.         佛系早睡,緣份到便會睡
5.         認識睡公主的後母,點到織衣機,保證長睡不起

Day 9   - 01:45am

Day 13 - 02:30am
Day 14 - 02:30am
Day 15 - 03:47am

依你所見,我未有成功過,因為時間管理真的不好,過去第二個星期,我集中了時間跟朋友吃飯還有看youtube看電影吃飯洗碗……

很後悔,人生彷似失去目標似的,連訂一個簡單的目標也沒成功耶~



我想過怎樣的生活呢?反省反省

更新  皮膚質素眼圈是有點大,毛穴擴大了、暗瘡長了6
