【30 Day Challenge - 4】 Sleep at 12


Going to Final week, I felt exhausted because of my work. If I slept before 2:00am, mostly I did not take shower, I finished my meals and just went to bed, somehow was not good news. I thought everyone could do it, just depends on your mind.

Day 23 – 12:50am
Day 24 – 1:30am
Day 25 – 1:30am
Day 26 – 3:00am
Day 27 – 3:01am
Day 28 – 4:00am 
Day 29 – 2:00am
Day 30 – 2:00am

Although I failed, I summarized the reasons:

  • Pushing every work at the end of your day
  • Cannot separate your jobs and your leisure

這次三十日挑戰雖然是失敗,仍要總結原因:

  • 所有工作都要拖延到晚上才做,包括:公事、學Javascript、寫文章、跑步、學投資……。太多事情想做到,但做得那一樣
  • 分不開工作與私人時間。我提到公事,其實每天都加班做,也做不完帶回家做。其他要做的事都拖到最後

  • 想睡的意志很低。坦白說,我很冇決心早睡,我覺得早睡很浪費時間,結果做成了一個惡性循環

  • 太多片及Instrgram。我開初都會找一些有此意義的片看,但之後就會跌入K-pop片, 綜藝片及木下佑香的吃美食片之中,浪費了百分之九十的時間

現在盡量1:30am睡,週未令自己完成文章及看投資的資料,工作做不完都要走。至於IG及Youtube,我仍努力中…….先從小事著手
